| Since 1962, we have grown from a small privately-owned operation in South Australia with a rudimentary concrete batching plant and two trucks, into today's wide-scale international network of regional offices, mobile batching plants, an extensive truck fleet, quarries and mining operations, mobile laboratories, pumping facilities and personnel. We now serve the entire South East Asian region and northern Australia. |

| Looking for innovative areas for development, we expanded our interests into the Asia region in 1979 by establishing batching plants in Malaysia. Following the success of these operations, we spread across the region into Brunei, Indonesia and Vietnam. Our vast network of batching plants, quarries and sand mining facilities is now centrally managed out of our Singapore HQ by Readymix Holdings International Pte Ltd.
